Michael’s dream job is to do creative work and to help people. He met his wife Stacey in Arizona and she introduced him to her friends who were in the prosthetics and orthotics industry. Immediately Michael knew that was the vocation for him.
With their small family, he transferred to and graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics and has served patients in Washington, California, Utah, Arizona, New York, and Idaho. He is certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics, Inc., and has specialized training in pediatrics, computer-controlled hands and knees as well as state-of-the-art socket interface designs for artificial limbs. Bilingual (Spanish).
Stacey was born and raised in Utah and moved to California as a teenager. She received an Associate’s Degree from Monterey Peninsula College in Fitness Instructor Training and a Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University (ASU) in Exercise Science.
She met her husband, Michael while attending ASU. She introduced him to the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics. After he completed his schooling in Washington, they moved to New York for his residencies and then were given the opportunity to start their own company here in Twin Falls. They have lived in Twin Falls for over 17 years and they love the small-town life.
In her free time, Stacey enjoys spending time with Michael and their four children. She loves numbers and math which makes her a great fit to be our chief financial officer. She works hard to keep the financial part of the company running as smoothly as possible.
Ben first became involved in the field of prosthetics and orthotics in 2010. He has since received his dual Master of Prosthetics and Orthotics degrees from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and has worked in Idaho, Texas, Utah, and Georgia. He is certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics, Inc and has been published in the journal of prosthetics and orthotics. He most enjoys giving people back their mobility and helping reduce their pains both physical and emotional. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife and children. Trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese).

Rachael is the Materials and Marketing Manager here at OrthoPro. She started her career with OrthoPro in 2015 and change is an understatement! Before OrthoPro, Rachael was a waitress and doing residential cleaning. Currently, her main focus is taking care of our outside clinics. She visits daily to make sure they have what is needed for the day ahead and she always looks forward to seeing her friends along the way!
She has two awesome children and if she's not working, you can guarantee that she's either cuddled up somewhere with her little ones or cheering her heart out at one of their activities.
She was born and raised here in Twin Falls. The growth and changes she's seen here are tremendous! One of the most beautiful things about the Magic Valley is although we are bursting at the seams our community can pull together like no other!
Marcelina likes to go by Marcy (easier to say). She has been with OrthoPro for 4 years and enjoys it very much. She is an Administrative Assistant/Clinical Assistant. She takes care of diabetic shoe paperwork, Veterans paperwork for any devices prescribed by the VA, schedules appointments, answers phones, checks patients in and out, assists the Practitioners when available, and helps with any overflow work.
In her time at OrthoPro, she was given the opportunity to be the clinical assistant and was able to do a fitter’s course and a therapeutic shoe fitter course which has helped her in assisting with patients. Marcy has been married for 27 years, has 4 adult children (2 boys and 2 girls), and 5 grandchildren (4 girls and one boy) who she loves with all her heart.
Keara is the newest team here at OrthoPro as a Patient Care Coordinator. She joins the team with a background in insurance and Medicare care coordination.
